This means that girls as young as 11 could undergo an abortion without their parents even knowing, which is why you need to vote No on Amendment 3.

The dangers of Amendment 3 don’t stop at removing parental rights to protect their daughters, this amendment actually removes the requirement for abortion clinics to report suspected cases of trafficking, rape, or abuse, enabling predators to exploit minors with impunity.
Human traffickers prey on vulnerable girls, relying on secrecy to continue their exploitation. With no reporting required, traffickers can force their victims into abortions to cover up their crimes, without fear of being caught. This amendment will make Missouri a safe haven for predators, turning abortion clinics into a tool for traffickers. Missouri already ranks 4th in the nation for trafficking; can you imagine how much worse things will get?
