2024 Judge Endorsements
Some justices are appointed by the Governor and some run for election. If appointed, the Governor appointing them will be included by their names. For additional information on how justices are selected for appointment, go here. Due to the appointment process, the life position of the Governor is not always accurate in predicting the position of the justices they appoint. However, because they are nominated by the Missouri Bar, justices appointed by pro-abortion Governors are more likely to be pro-abortion than justices appointed by pro-life Governors are likely to be pro-life
Positions of the Governors:
- Ashcroft, pro-life
- Carnahan, pro-abortion
- Wilson, pro-abortion
- Holden, pro-abortion
- Blunt, pro-life
- Nixon, pro-abortion as Attorney General and Governor
- Greitens, pro-life
- Parson, pro-life
Missouri Supreme Court
Both of these justices ruled correctly against Amendment 3 being on the ballot due to violations of the law in collecting signatures. MRL PAC recommends vote to retain these 2 Justices.
